Kierma is an alumni of Edison State Community College’s accounting program. Upon graduation, she entered the work force with the determination to further expand her knowledge and abilities to create a better future for her family. Upon starting her studies, Kierma did not have all of the technology resources to complete her assigned course work due to financial hardships. In a chance meeting with TeKonnect's founders, she acquired a donated computer system ensuring her success through her educational journey. Kierma has expressed gratitude for this gift enabling her to complete her studies online while being home to care for her children. What better voice for a newly established non-profit than that of their first recipient. TeKonnect is proud to have Kierma on their Board of Directors.
